Dear Sir: I have recently received a series of hate-mail letters from your followers. These letters are laced with obscenities and threats. In addition to the threat of lawsuits, the letters contain the following threats: "Lasse and big Parvata wish to get hold of you, and they allready know your real name. Lasse told me the danish PET with its american connections will find you soon." "Hans and Lasse will find you and teach you as serious lesson for making all your hubbub. Parvata simply phoned me: "I will rip of his head"." Are you aware that it is a criminal offense to threaten bodily harm via e-mail or in writing? I am asking you and these people to cease and desist writing threatening letters to me. Some of the forum regulars have suggested that these letters constitute a terrorist threat, and that I should immediately forward them to the INS, the FBI, and the Danish authorities. I don't intend to do that -- however if these threats continue I will most certainly turn them over. Because of the violence and hatred expressed by your people, they are no longer welcome on the Lightmind forums. I have allowed your students to participate in the forums for well over a year, even though many of the posts were laced with the most vile obscenities and language of hatred for myself, for truly great spiritual beings such as Ammachi, and for "American intellectuals". But now your people have gone too far. I draw the line at being threatened with physical violence. You should seriously consider starting your own forum on the Internet. If you need advice on how to do that, I will be more than happy to assist. sincerely
