Be sure to include your shipping address when you choose a book and make a donation. There is no shipping charge for shipping books within the United States. However, due to the extra cost of shipping books to Canada and other countries, a shipping fee must be added if you live outside the U.S.
In order to receive a book, Canadian residents should add $5.00 to their donation. (If you live in Canada, a $30 donation thus becomes $35.) Residents of all other countries should add $10.00 to their donation. (Example: If you live in the United Kingdom, a $50 donation becomes $60.)
